descrição da função/job description
• Independently install, commission and troubleshoot Physical and Chemical Vapor Deposition disk
sputtering equipment and Semiconductor Thin Films Deposition equipment including retrofit, upgrade and
system warranty standby at customer site.
• Serve as customer contact on technical and service related problems. Diagnose mechanical, electrical,
hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures.
• Effectively convey ideas and technical observations to resolve engineering issues. Strive for root cause
analysis, identification, and long term fixes in every engineering activity.
• Interface with vendors to lead procurement process for technical products.
• Work effectively with internal customers and functional departments on technical and administrative issues.
• Prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.
• Attend meetings and hold conference calls as necessary.

requisitos/requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in handling/maintaining high vacuum systems and DC / RF magnetron
plasma generation equipments in a cleanroom environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• University degree in Engineering, Materials Science or Physics
• Diploma holders with more than 5 years experience will also be considered
• Good command of verbal and written English.
• Software experience in Siemens PLC and Visual Basic will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word
