As a result of a solid partnership between Randstad and one of the biggest Multinational Company with relevant international projects taking place in Portugal, namely on research and development of Telecommunication solutions, we are currently conducting a process for a Core Fault Management with the following profile:

requisitos/requirements
- Degree in either Telecommunications or IT;
- Good knowlodge of IP network, mainly TCP/IP e VoIP (SIP);
- Know-how of the Data Bases (preference Oracle) in SQL and PL/SQL;
- Good understanding and experience with OS management like Linux and Windows;
- Experience with scripting (Perl, Python, AWK, sed, etc.) PLUS;
- Experience with management and Web Services troubleshooting and advanced technologies associated (SOAP, REST, CometD, etc.);
- Knowlodge of CTI/Contact Center (preference Genesys);
- Good communication skills;
- Incident Management experience with tecnical support and practical problem solving/analytic abilities;
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Availability to prevent service on-call (24x7);
- Availability to travel inside and outside Lisbon
- Availability for activities (more or less punctual, according to the needs of the team) of a repetitive nature, for operation and provision of systems and services.
