What are we looking for?
• Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on business studies, math or statistics, media management or digital marketing;
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, Digital Analyst, AB Testing specialist;
• Know-how in customer journey optimisation, funnel-/ conversion optimisation, A/B testing and Personalization;
• To have a hypothesis- and data-driven attitude;
• Competency in data analysis (statistics), data validation and data visualization;
• Knowledge of analytics toolchain such as Google Analytics;
• Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau;
• Skills in database querying languages, such as SQL and DAX;
• Knowledge of Experimentation and Audience Manager tools such as Adobe Target and Salesforce DMP;
• Ability to consult various stakeholder groups independently and confidently.
