We are looking for an experienced web developer to join our growing team in our friendly work environment in Porto downtown. We are a tight knit team of web professionals that love delivering cutting-edge, high quality and timely digital experiences for our clients. 

We use open-source technologies, have clients all over the world and are active in the fields of web development, online advertising, CRM, e-commerce and data insights.

Your work will stand out and will make a substantial contribution to the success of our company and clients.

Desired personal profile

We want to work with someone who can have meaningful discussions about other topics than just work, while having lunch or just socializing after work. Namely, we’re looking for:

• Perfect command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Willingness to learn and share experiences
• Curious and open minded
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and organisational skills
• Computer Science academic background or other with programming courses such as Electronics, Maths or Physics

Required technical qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CS fundamentals and how to troubleshoot issues
• Experience with the technologies used to build modern websites, such as HTML5, CSS3 and complex JavaScript
• Has used PHP (with Composer)
• Experience with MySQL and optimizing pr troubleshoot queries
• Experience configuring Apache and/or Nginx and high performance optimization
• Experience with command line git
• Must have a DevOps mindset
• Strive to write optimized, clean and well documented code

Desired technical qualifications

We value the ability to learn fast more than specific experience with any technology. That being said, the ideal candidate would have:

• Experience with either Symphony or Laravel 
• Developed for Drupal
