descrição da função/job description
Identify and implement improvements to data ecosystem based on industry best practices;
Build, refactor and maintain data pipelines that ingest data from multiple source and targets;
Assembling large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements;
Build and support the tools we use for monitoring data hygiene and the health of our pipelines;
Interact with data via APIs. Knowledgeable on the creation of API endpoints;
Ability to work with semi-structured and unstructured data;
Supporting analytical team utilizing data pipeline, providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics including operational efficiency and customer acquisition
In-depth understanding of data engineering best practices as well as expertise with the tools needed to debug and diagnose issues;
Recognize opportunities to improve data pipelines and develop implementation plan;
automate processes to reduce manual data entry.

requisitos/requirements
Experience using Boomi & FiveTran building ETL pipelines using code or ETL platforms; demonstrated ability to design, build and maintain complex data service; ability to deliver scalable production-ready solutions;
Experience in working in a cloud environment with Relational Database Systems and concepts including MS-SQL Server, RedShift, Google BigQuery;
Extensive experience in Software Engineering and the ability to design, implement and deliver maintainable and high-quality code;
Familiarity with data modelling and data warehousing;
Critical and creative thinking skills; high attention to detail and solid analytical skills;
Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with technology and subject matter experts;
Demonstrable experience with Agile methodologies, with a strong focus on data- driven experimentation and quick iterations;
Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS-Teams, Web: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Spreadsheets: Excel and Google Sheets;
Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously;
Strong work ethic, responsible and accountable; works collaborative.
