Stefanini is hiring entry-level Deskside Technicians to join one of our clients in Portugal. This client operates within the industrial business sector and it is based in Albarraque (Rio de Mouro, Sintra). 

This is a role with an on-site work model: the technicians must be available to work on the client’s location.
Project duration: 4 months, with chances of extension.

We are looking for a proactive person with a keen interest in technology, with exceptional customer service skills, along with the ability to build effective working relationships with both team members and business users, and a flexible and committed approach to work.

Key Responsibilities
•    Execute the installation and set up of PCs, peripherals, cables and all other on-site hardware equipment;
•    Move workstations and peripherals, as required;
•    Maintain, analyze and solve end user computing problems both hardware and software;
•    Software, patches and updates installation using MS SCCM;
•    Document changes to inventory use and configuration;
•    Ensure that connectivity issues are addressed for installations;
•    Addressing customer & end user complaints in a professional and quick manner.

Professional skills and required qualifications:  
•    Good hardware knowledge - PC's, laptops, printers etc;
•    IT studies are considered an advantage;
•    Positive, helpful can-do attitude and ability to work with others;
•    Good fluency on English and Portuguese languages, verbal as well as written.
•    Ability to follow instructions and procedures designed for the project; 
•    Strong communication skills, service delivery orientation;
•    Ability to cope with stress and workload;
