About the Role

As a Enterprise Network Expert in the Global Network COE, you will play a critical role by being part of a team dedicated to scaling adoption or our Network products across all regions by creating and maturing Logicalis IP solutions. To be successful in this role, you will be a true technologist and a trusted technical adviser in all aspects of the delivery of product enhancements, product development, adoption and transformation.

 

Your core objective is to continually improve our products and processes to increase adoption of our Network offerings in response to customer demand. You will also be involved in the development of new products based on technology and market trends.

 

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Participate in and execute on sprint plans which underpin the delivery of our product roadmap as defined by the Product Manager, Network COE
  • Advocate, design and build automation and optimisation
  • Identify and develop automated processes to drive efficiencies and scalability
  • Work flexibly with technical team members across multiple businesses and regions
  • Resolve critical defects and escalations in a timely manner

Manage and maintain the repositories and toolsets for developing new solutions and enhancing existing products
