About the job

The purpose of the Enterprise Architect is to define and shape of the implementation of the tool within CMDB and Application Portfolio Management dimensions.

Our ideal candidate for this role should have experience in ServiceNow, CMDB and Application Management and good knowledge in application management activities.

We will rely on you to:

- Be responsible for for designing, implementing, and maintaining a reporting structure for application management activities;

- Collaborate with Business and Technology stakeholders and the Enterprise Architecture team to understand the Application Portfolio data and how the applications are/should be managed and tracked;

- Design process and develop procedures for application services onboarding and off-boarding;

- Migrate current application services to the new platform following the onboarding process;

-  Prepare automated Application Reporting Dashboards (leveraging ServiceNow) - focusing on service levels, risks, issues, proactively identified opportunities and ideas for improvements;

- Manage application lifecycle and roadmaps in collaboration with internal business partners.

What we're looking for:

- Experience in ServiceNow, CMDB and Application Management;

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar;

- Experience in Application Portfolio Rationalization processes and cloud adoption;

- Experience in Process Management and QPR knowledge;

- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
