YOUR CHALLENGE:
o You will lead a local team fully committed and you will be responsible for building, managing and leading a high-performance development team. RESPONSABILITIES:
o Build, manage and lead a cross-functional team;
o Be actively involved in setting product strategy, working close with the Product Manager and other stakeholders;
o Contribute to the definition of the architecture, tools, Best Practices, assuring the deadlines and high standards of quality;
o Evangelize and assure the correct set-up of processes and Agile methodologies;
o Act as mentor and grow a top talented team. Participate actively in recruitment, onboarding, professional development, targeting the business goals.

REQUIREMENTS:
o 5+ years experience in an engineering manager role;
o Experience in People and Engineering management;
o Experience in implementing tools, processes, internal instrumentation, methodologies and resolving blockages;
o Comfortable managing projects with tight deadlines and short release cycles and ability to adapt in a fast moving environment;
o Monitor performance of individual contributors and help manage their professional development: Developing, coaching and mentoring your team;
o Strong technical Skills, critical thinking and ability to communicate vision to diverse technical audiences;
o Develop, plan and deliver the budget process;
o Experience with Agile development practices (Kanban, Scrum, TDD);
o Very Good English communication (oral and written).

SOFT SKILLS:
o Team Spirit, proactive, autonomous within his role but willing to suggest;
o Excellent communicator;
o Curious, proactive and motivated.
