Winprovit is recruiting an Engagement Manager (m/f) for a project that is being developed in a client, a multinational Software House, in Lisbon area.

Requirements and role:

 - Act as the main driver of the client relationship and establish the bridge between the business and the team according to the project needs;

- Ensure team work, commitment and expectations alignment;

- Ensure strong program management practices;

- Solid experience in technical projects management and delivery with Agile methodologies;

- Experience in web application delivery and process design;

- Customer Orientation and Interpersonal Skills;

 - High level of creativity and ability to think-outside-the-box;

- Guarantee the understanding of customers’ needs and drivers;

- Academic degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science;

- Fluent English, spoken and written;

 - Willing to travel;
