What is your mission:
● Manage the client relationship and from start to finish project delivery.
● Understand the OutSystems Delivery Methodology, but work with the customer to tailor it, along with additional Agile techniques, to achieve a successful engagement.
● Apply flexible problem-solving strategies to address planned and unplanned challenges.
● Own the business requirements and advocate on behalf of the customer; translate customer business needs into requirements.
● Facilitate communication between the business and the technical team according to project needs.
● Lead globally distributed teams to ensure teamwork, commitment and expectations are aligned.
● Ensure strong program management practices, managing the budget, timeline, resources, scope, change requests, status report and sales interface.
● Assist in scoping projects, framing issues for clients, write proposals, on-board team members, and manage day-to-day project activities.
● Facilitate and participate in analysis and quality control.

The talent what we are looking for:
● 7+ years of experience in technical project management and delivery.
● Experience in web application delivery and solution design.
● Understand the full software development life cycle.
● Verifiable experience using Agile Methodologies.
● Strong customer facing and interpersonal skills.
● Strategic mindset with strong understanding of customer orientation principles.
● High level of creativity and ability to think out-of-the-box.
● Consulting background preferred.
● Hands-on experience with requirements gathering and business analysis.
● Experience with test planning, test coordination, and testing practices.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office, esp. Word and Excel or Google equivalent.
● Excellent oral and written communications skills.
