What are you going to do?

  • Understanding customer needs and how these can be solved using current solutions or new solutions that require implementation
  • Analyzing the behavior and performance of OutSystems Platform setups (cloud and on-premises) identifying the possible issues & opportunities for improvements, combining information from multiple sources (Supported by a Platform Engineer)
  • Promote finding of solutions for the issues identified at customers - code changes, systems reconfigurations, new IT assets - and the expected possible impact on performance and availability
  • Working with R&D and Product Management teams identifying the least intrusive, more effective solution for technical issues (contributing as a stakeholder)
  • Working with Support promoting process improvement to ensure a successful customer-centric mindset
  • Working with Field teams (Customer Success Managers and Technical Success Managers) to gather context on customer use of our technology and provide context on the action items you identified and their value

 

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management and delivery
  • Experience in web application delivery and solution design
  • Understand the full software development life cycle
  • Strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills - consulting background valued Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of customer orientation principles
  • Hands-on experience with requirements gathering and business analysis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, esp. Word and Excel or Google equivalent Fluent English (oral and written)
  • Excellent communications skills Understanding of the OutSystems Delivery Methodology
