Client Lifecycle Management:
- Hardware and software inventory;
- License management;
- Workstation rollout and recovery;
- Scripting and packaging;
- Software distribution;
- Patch management;
- Status monitoring and reporting;
- Remote support functions;
Planning the installation of security updates for operating systems
and applications;
Analyze, classify, and resolve system failures related to software
distribution, applications, and Windows operating systems;
Execution of Change/Service Requests and Incident Management;
Preparation and maintenance of operating and system manuals;
Close cooperation and troubleshooting with the teams for security,
infrastructure, applications and first-level support;
Management of projects and consulting as well as know-how
transfer for other specialist departments.
What you bring with you for a future with us
Degree in Business Informatics or comparable;
Theoretical and practical experience in endpoint management
preferably with SCCM;
Further training in the following areas is an advantage:
Scripting, Powershell Baramundi;
Good command of English language spoken & written
(essential), German (preferable);
Soft skills: Excellent Communication Skills (Customer Service
Skills) - Structured approach; Problem solving skills; Good
organizational and prioritization skills; Team player, Good
presentation skills;
Availability to travel occasionally.
