Description

Winprovit is recruiting, End-User Support, for a project that is being developed in a client, in Lisbon.

Functions:

- Resolving incidentes;

- Answering user requests;

- Monitoring production environments;

- Ensure daily communication & transition with teams from other time zones;

- Definition of Alerts to monitor production.

Profile:

- First class Graduate in Computer Science;  

- Good understanding of the ITIL norm and practices;

- Knowledge and/or experience of the financial services industry;

- Good understanding of SQL;

- Working experience with Unix;

- Basic knowledge of WebSphere TX;

- Basic knowledge of Java;

- Experience to perform technical and functional analysis and identify impacts;

- Experience of working with applications with many interfaces;

- Mandatory to be fluent in English.
