 We are looking for a eLearning Technical Consultant  for a project based in Italy.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge and proven practical expertise on the use of e-learning software packages (e.g. articulate storyline and adobe captivate) for developing and updating high quality online learning classes for specialised audiences and in-depth knowledge of learning management systems more generally, their configuration and use.
• Conceptual knowledge of adult learning in an online and/or blended learning context. Ability to apply this knowledge to achieve the best learning result for a specific target audience on a specific subject, taking specific restrictions (if any) into consideration. Ability to draft learner manuals, instructional text, audio scripts and video scripts.
• Good knowledge of business processes as they apply to online learning and training and capacity building.
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills and ability to grasp complex scientific and technical information quickly.
• Capability of working in an international/multi-cultural environment, experience in team working, understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions.
• Ability to apply high quality standards to all tasks, respecting design and other guidelines where appropriate.
• Focus on the user/customer.
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills.
• Structured approach to working and results orientation.
• Comfortable working in a fully English speaking environment.
