Our client wants to recruit an EIB Advice Specialist (m/f) for Luxembourg.

Main Functions:

- Advise, review and enhance the quality of the Business Requirements delivered by the Business Directorates to enable the design of an IT solution; - Assist in the development of detailed functional specifications;

- Liaise with the different IT teams involved in the project;

- Liaise with business product owner to ensure efficient communication between IT and business teams through the lifecycle of the projects.

Profile Required:

- Degree in Computer Engineering (or similar);

- Minimum experience of 10 years in similar positions;

- Experience in the management of complex projects;

- Ensuring that project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off;

- Experience with Agile methodologies;

- Fluent in English (Mandatory) and French (Plus).
