Description

Role: Design, create and develop the content of eLearning courses to increase the training catalogue of ebankIT Academy.  Edit and Develop learning objects, online learning materials, instructor’s manuals, rubrics and other teaching tools. Create learning flows, scripts, visual storyboards and computer-based training (CBT) modules. Design learning activities, assignments, and assessments. Collaborate with subject experts to develop courses content

Profile: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology (EdTech), or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer and/or eContent Developer preferably in a midsize technology company;
• Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their capabilities (SCORM compliance);
• Proficient in eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint);
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills;
• Imagination and creativity;
• Collaborative mindset and time management;
• Commitment to Information Security and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS);
• Proficiency in English required ─ written and verbal
