Stefanini is hiring an E-commerce Functional Analyst to join one of its main clients operating in Lisbon (on site with the possibility of hybrid), within the retail business sector.

The E-Commerce Expert Functional Analyst is responsible for the support, availability, and quality of Customer related applications. His mission is to act as a liaison between the IT department and the business management teams to optimize, develop, and implement processes and assure the integration within the different software solutions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure support of Customer Application systems in several dimensions of the customer interactions with the companies' brands;
• Performing daily analysis of the applications and anticipate potential problems that can affect the business;
• Support software rollouts (new implementations and releases);
• Establish the scope, business requirements and solution for a variety of new initiatives;
• Prepare, follow and review the business requirements documents;
• Analyze requirements for software changes and define functional/technical solutions;
• Assist in software releases and testing phase for all new implementations and projects releases;
• Test and assure quality of software upgrades;
• Provide training to users and prepare user manuals;
• Configure systems according to business requirements;
• Develop non-standard features to meet specific business requirements.

Role requirements:

• Experience supporting Customer oriented systems (POS, CRM, Customer Apps) is mandatory. 
• Proven experience in IT projects (development, quality assurance and support);
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Spanish or Polish is a plus);
• Project management skills - create and manage project plans;
• Clear understanding of UX/UI importance;
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
