Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designs technical solution and integration for Ecommerce/ Digital solutions in direct contact with external partners and internal departments of the company to create the best IT ecosystem for business growth;

• Drives functional specification, assumptions, cost estimates, alternatives for E-commerce/ Digital solutions in close cooperation with technological partners;

• Review and supply guidance to design and documentation of the architecture for E-commerce / Digital solution, considering the functional specification, interface specifications, and infrastructure;

• Leads the process of change management and application development through analysis of new requirements, backlog management, define requirements for external partners, implementation of patches, and new versions;

• Lead/ actively take part in the UX/UI design process from ideation to implementation, including conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes (with external partners if needed), delivering high-fidelity designs, conduct usability testing ensuring that the requirements are met accordingly to the desired performance;

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and status reports;

• Ensure that E-commerce/ Digital solutions follow relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy and security requirements.

Profile

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• E-commerce tools knowledge (Salesforce, Magento);

• CRM & Marketing Automation tools (namely Salesforce);

• Mobile apps projects implementation/ participation;

• Experience using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite;

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-border functional teams.
