1. Overview

The Junior Consultant’s overall objective is to ensure smooth operations of the group ERP (dynamics NAV) of one of NAVPRO Customers. The main objetvie is to provid support to their local NAV contacts (either Key Business Users or IT Team members) as well as develop their ERP further by enhancing existing installations or further deploying it in other group companies.

The Dynaics NAV Junior Consultant reports to the Senior Group ERP Manager.

This post is currently expected to be carried out of Portugal where our Senior Group ERP Manager will also be based from January 2018.

By nature, this job will require to be present on-site in various countries where Promasidor operates and therefore travel as, when and where needed for periods of days or weeks at a time. Typically, travel would be limited to one to two weeks at a time.

2. Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Dynamics NAV Junior Consultant is to make use of Business Requirements and Functional Analysis, Solution Design and System Setup expertise to:

• Support the ERP operations and fix identified issues
• Complete user training and help local teams to develop their capabilities
• Complete Tests and create user cases for new processes definition
• Identify and validate business needs leading to documented and write Functional Requirements Definitions (FRD) documents (or the equivalent for enhancements: Change Requests Business Requirements and Functional Specifications).

3. Profile

As a result, the expected profile for this role would be as follows:

• Degree in Economics or Management. Professional certifications are a plus.
• Experience in NAV as a consultant or as an end user. 
• English is mandatory. French and Other languages are a plus.
• Open to travel in any country where Promasidor operates (Africa)
