Our Tech Talent Scouts are looking for a Directory Services Portugal – Support. Is that you?

Day to day:

• Acts as the final point of escalation and resolution for technical support
• Provides advanced technical support to developers, corporate customers and end users for complex products, including highly escalated issues
• May act as technical lead and provide technical training, coaching, and mentoring to other engineers
• May research technical documents and feature lists

Key Techs:

• Knowledge of personal computers, relevant operating systems, applications, and/or languages required
• Solid understanding of technical support issues required
• Strong communication, problem solving, and technical writing skills
• Excellent customer service and support skills required
• Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory required
• French speaking is a must

Awesome to have:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
• English (spoken and written)
