Our Tech Talent Scouts are looking for a Directory Services Portugal – Support. Is that you?
Day to day: 
- Acts as the final point of escalation and resolution for technical support
 - Provides advanced technical support to developers, corporate customers and end users for complex products, including highly escalated issues
 - May act as technical lead and provide technical training, coaching, and mentoring to other engineers
 - May research technical documents and feature lists
 
 
Key Techs:
- Knowledge of personal computers, relevant operating systems, applications, and/or languages required
 - Solid understanding of technical support issues required
 - Strong communication, problem solving, and technical writing skills
 - Excellent customer service and support skills required
 - Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory required
 - French speaking is a must 
 
 
Awesome to have: 
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
 - English (spoken and written)
