We are looking for a key person in our IT organization to take on the task of leading the definition and rollout of our oneERP a modern, single instance ERP for all our entities based on SAP S/4 Hana Cloud. Drive project deliverables together with our implementation consulting partner. This includes planning and execution of anything from preparation to workshops and related budgets and resource requirements in order to secure quality deliverables;
Win the "hears and minds" of our colleagues by selling the benefits of our "global template" oneERP approach versus legacy on-prem ERP, which includes benefits of common processes, data and systems;
Manage the project, including its team members throughout the project life cycle and confer with project staff to outline a work plan and act as a coach to junior members, executives and others;
Guide, review and approve the work plan of an external service provider or consultancy contracted to execute the project;
Conduct risk assessment and mitigation;
Manage the buildup of a receiving organization post project phase.

requisitos/requirements
Several years of progressively responsible IT experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving, focusing on ERP rollouts successfully managing complex and risky projects;
Explicit experience in SAP S/4 Hana implementation including functional and technical aspects with lots of experience in how other companies have used the solution;
Experience in leading diverse teams and ability in using "soft skills" or "people skills";
Distinctive blend of business, IT, financial and communication skills;
Knowledge of project management methodology and experience or familiarity with major, defined program management approaches;
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations;
Effective influencing and negotiating skills in an environment in which this role may not directly control resources;
Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence;
Ability to support a tactical resource plan by mapping future demand to forecast project completions in the project portfolio.
