Qualifications/Experience: •Experience in leading and facilitating all areas of project led activity across Agile ways of working•5+ years of experience in program management, including experience in working with senior leaders and global cross-functional teams•Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused environments•Experience in managing indirect teams to achieve common goals•Ability to work autonomously•Attention to detail•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous workstreams•Experience with change management and leading organizational transformation•PMP Certification a plus
