We are looking for a Digital Program Lead for a project based in Lisbon.

  - Driving strategic & high-priority tactical initiatives(projects) to a successful conclusion to support in achieving our customer centric & hyper growth mandate
  - Identify, develop and own key interdependencies across the operating model - finger on the pulse with respect cross-functional alignment is a key success factor of this role
  - Partner up with multiple leaders and cross-functional leaders to ensure that initiatives are properly scoped and resourced, timelines are accurate, and leaders/stakeholders are engaged and informed of key responsibilities
  - Regularly report to senior leaders and wider internal communities as required
  - Developing a deep understanding of the business and the portfolio of projects that drive frictionless customer experience across a number of customer touchpoints
  - Establishing strong, collaborative, trust-based relationships with cross-functional partners and executive stakeholders
  - Prioritizing resources across critical projects
  - Tracking and reporting project performance across the project portfolio
  - Building a long-term work plan that includes clear timeline and success KPIs in partnership with the working team and in alignment with the companies Integrated Growth Model
  - Overseeing execution of the work plan with stakeholders
  - Ensuring the programs are properly scoped and resourced, and working team members are engaged and informed of key responsibilities
  - Partnering with the working team to proactively identify risks/opportunities and surface recommendations and learnings to resolve immediately
  - Managing stakeholder communications
  - Build a culture of inclusion and belonging for your project team and those around you
 

Qualifications/Experience:

  - Experience in leading and facilitating all areas of project led activity across Agile ways of working
  - 5+ years of experience in program management, including experience in working with senior leaders and global cross-functional teams
  - Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused environments
  - Experience in managing indirect teams to achieve common goals
  - Ability to work autonomously
  - Attention to detail
  - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous workstreams
  - Experience with change management and leading organizational transformation
  - PMP Certification a plus
