What is your mission:

You will integrate a team in a Neotalent partner project, taking on the role of Digital Experience Consultant in the Lisbon/Porto area.

The talent that we are looking for:

- Academic training in Management, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or similar

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience

- Ability to adapt to a fast paced, output oriented and constantly changing environment (and be able to work under pressure and tight timings)

- Vocation for constructive, disruptive and customer-centric thinking

- High analytical focus, with strong skills in structuring problems into logical blocks

- To be able to communicate effectively, empathically and efficiently with the different stakeholders of the project (from customers, to key stakeholders, to employees from the most varied areas, functions and hierarchies)

- Ease of interpersonal relationships and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, collaboratively

- High autonomy, rigor and results orientation

- Ease of, in the face of concepts and realities that you do not know, quickly understand how everything works and be able to work on it, finding solutions and alternatives

- Posture of optimism, proactivity and resilience

- Solid knowledge of Excel, Power Point, MS-Teams and Miro (preferred)
