We are looking for a Digital Cloud Administrator for a project based in Lisbon.

Skills:

  - Experience managing cloud providers services, including, but not limited to computing instances, storage, networking, firewall, application load balancers, backups or monitoring.
  - Experience managing resources in different cloud providers:
     - Azure
     - AWS
   - Experience administering VMware, Veeam, Linux and Windows servers.
   - A collaborative approach to address issues based on continuous open communication.
   - A disciplined approach to problem-solving and project execution.
   - Appetite to learn new technologies and constantly improve technical skills.

Functions:
   - Integrate a system administration team serving multiple worldwide locations with mission-critical requirements
   - Collaborate and liaison with multiple teams, Service Reliability, Network, Database, Data, R&D, Support, Development, Experts, Cloud and Service Delivery, inside the organization in order to build a superior service for customers, both internal and external
   - Provide technical expertise in cloud administration, namely creating landing zones in both Azure and AWS, optimizing resource usage and providing guidance on overall administration.
   - Create procedures to ensure performance and service-level requirements are met.
   - Guarantee the resolution of user issues.
   - Challenge to use and develop automation tools to automate repetitive tasks.
   - Respond appropriately to emergency incident situations and produce quick and effective solutions to technical problems.
