Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Be responsible for the implementation, monitoring and optimization of IT processes and services;
•Report service quality and optimize it proactively;
•Build and foster automation;
•Drive Quality Control and Continuous Improvement.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Proficiency with Python and/or other AI & Machine Learning technologies and concepts;
•Cloud Platforms, mainly AWS and Azure;
•Process automation, Support, Monitoring and Daily Operations.

Other Requirements:

•EU citizenship;
•Experience with AWS, Azure, other cloud providers;
•Docker and Kubernetes;
•Applied Machine Learning experience;
•Quality Assurance practices, methodologies, and tools;
•Agile methodologies and/or ITIL;
•Fluent in written and spoken English.
