Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Lead by example to install a culture of continuous improvement and optimization among your counterparts;
•Responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing the efficiency of infrastructure as well as the reliability, and scalability of our technology stacks;
•Deliver incremental value and avoid tunnel effect;
•Assist in establishing requirements, methods and procedures for routine maintenance;
•Troubleshoot existing systems to identify errors or deficiencies and develop solutions;
•Create and implement strategies for finding flaws and problems before software is deployed to production system;
•Develop & maintain CI/CD Pipelines;
•Support the developers to achieve 0 interruption of services during deployment;
•Implement monitoring and alerting schemes to detect and notify when performance & availability thresholds are not being met;
•Tune server and application-level performance monitoring and alerting;
•Participate to the design, test, execution of Disaster Recovery, Backup/restore;
•Responsible for platform deployments;
•Help design, build and maintain configuration management automation and deployment automation with various tool;
•Participate and optimize on-call rotations and processes;
•Participate to the creation and maintenance of the Knowledge database of the Platform and supports;
•Conducting post-incident reviews.

Main Technical Requirements:

•5 or more years’ experience in delivering value in both software development and technical operations roles;
•Advanced understanding of OpenShift / Kubernetes;
•Advanced understanding of VCS (Git), automated testing and CI/CD (github / Jenkins / Artifactory / Helm);
•Advanced understanding of web programming fundamentals;
i.e. browser behavior, HTTP, basic networking;
•Advanced understanding of application architecture;
i.e. client/server relationships, separation of presentation/logic/data concerns;
•Advanced understanding of SSL and certificate management, SSH/RSA, Oauth 2.0, OpenID Connect, cloud based storage.

Other Requirements:

•Intermediate experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and a public cloud provider (AWS);
•Intermediate understanding of performance tuning at all layers of the stack (from UI to database queries);
•Intermediate understanding of cloud-first application design;
•Intermediate experience in developing (JavaScript, Python, Java/Groovy, Bash, etc);
•Familiarity with SRE (Site Reliability Enginieering) principles like service level indicators/objectives, risk management, eliminating toil, and others;
•Fluent in English;
•EU citizenship
