Randstad Professionals is recruiting a DevOps Lead, for direct integration, in a company with offices in Porto.

Hybrid work model (3-4 days remote, 1-2 days at the office / week).

- Contribute to infrastructure-as-code, configuration-management, and other scripts to improve automation of build and deployment;
- Design, implement, and improve the company’s CI/CD pipeline;
- Collaborate with platform architecture, IT operations, system test and development teams to define software development approach;
- Share results and knowledge with teams to adopt modern DevOps and CI/CD approaches;
- Encourage adoption of DevOps Practices and shared ownership of CI/CD and automation within development/project teams;
- Lead to establish a DevOps culture in product and platform teams;
- Mentor, encourage and guide junior DevOps engineers and developers in DevOps practices.


requisitos/requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in DevOps, with a background in Information Technologies or Development;
- Good technical skills in Operating Systems, Network, Security, Deployment, Virtualization, Databases, Containers;
- Experience with cloud platform (preference for Azure but open to others);
- Experience with infrastructure-as-Code tools (preference Terraform and Kubernetes, but open to others);
- Scripting experience (Bash or Powershell or similar);
- Experience designing, implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps but open to others);
- Experience with Git and GitHub;
- Understand basic programming languages;
- Knowledge of databases and SQL;
- Experience with Agile Methodologies;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Good Portuguese and English communication skills;
- They value: experience in designing, building and running scalable, multi-region, observable Cloud platform systems; good understanding of infrastructure as code in cloud environments; good understanding of Kubernetes, Terraform and container technologies.
