Your new role
You'll help grow and raise the bar on designing and operating highly reliable systems, like automated deployment systems, monitoring and logging services and a few other things. 
 
What you need to be successful
You should have excellent knowledge of either AWS infrastructure or Kubernetes and strong development skills in Python, Ruby, Go, Java or C/C++.  Also you should have experience in deploying and operating systems and with operating complex distributed systems deployments.
