Your responsibilities:

• Getting your day-to-day done will require experience and expert skill with these kinds of tasks and tools
• You need knowledge of Amazon Web Services, with some experience with Google Cloud Platform
• You should be an all-out expert in Linux-based technologies
• Common experiences include setting up and configuring web servers, database servers, managing backups, hardening systems that have sensitive data, patching, configuring firewalls, installing certificates, maintaining the development and live infrastructure
• Configuration management experience (like Ansible) is important
• Writing code: ruby or go or python
• Experience engineering hardened systems for heightened security conditions is needed
• Some experience using sandboxing, application whitelisting, malicious behavior control
• Log management and analysis. (Grafana & Kibana)
• Containerization needs to be in your must (docker/swarm/kubernetes)
• Virtualization of systems

You come with:
• Build, install, configure, analyze, tune, and troubleshoot operating system to achieve optimum performance levels
• Resolve difficult system problems and provide consultation or training
• Configure and assist in the design of system and network security
• Monitor and analyze resource usage to recommend/develop enhancements to system capabilities and performance
• Compare, evaluate, and implement new technologies, and integrate systems
• Infrastructure Provisioning Experience – Ansible and Terraform
• Experience in implementing monitoring and logging solutions for different technology stacks
• Knowledge on performance tuning in AWS cloud to reach the required TPS
• Direct experience with application servers and development frameworks
• Experience with the architectural and Production aspects for building and managing highly automated, secure, highly available multi-tier solutions
• Experience in GIT
• Understanding of agile development processes
• Good experience with Linux and debugging
• Proficiency with scripting languages (Shell, Python)
• Strong organizational, communication skills and detail oriented

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1 year of relevant experience
