We are looking for a part-time contributor who could help us provide  our clients (app developers) with excellent service.

Catappult, the monetization platform for apps and app stores is a blockchain-powered monetization tool that aims to revolutionize the way the app distribution works. The project is being launched now and our mission is to have the best content and biggest apps there and to help them maximize their potential using the Catappult platform.

Role:

• Onboard and listen to the requests of app developers that are integration with our solution;

• Solve problems and report the troubles the early users have with the product;

• Analyse the most common requests and create the set of sample replies;

• Provide Developers with the most recent information and updates regarding our solution;

• Work with the small team of business development, very close to the Catapult product team.

Requirements:

• Fluent English, other languages a plus;

• Tech-savvy;

• Great capacity to learn;

• You love mobile games;

• Experience with customer support;

• Nice to have prior experience with Intercom.
