Mission:
Altran is searching for a Developer Tech Lead (W/M) for Lisbon.
Activities:
- Experience on IT Architecture/Layer:
- Middleware-Orchestration layer
- Backend and Frontend Layers
- Presentation, APIs
- Good knowledge in Virtualization/Cloud/Cloud Native in order to acquire know-how and help the costumer take the right decisions:
- Share knowledge with other teams and transfer ownership to scale pilot projects
- Work across a matrix organization using Agile IT methodologies
- Experience in projects where played roles like Tech Lead definition and drive technical decisions:
- Operator and Customer Portals
- Platform Technology
- Architecture and Environment (Virtualization Cloud)
- New Platform for new transversal developments
- Voice features embed in a Cloud Native environment
- Deep demonstrable experience building live systems and products in multiple languages, including Java/C/C++/Rust;
- Strong experience with clustering and container technology (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker).
Profile:
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in an engineering discipline (Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications etc);
- Strategic initiatives in the Infrastructure engineering team e.g. Cloud Orchestration, Infrastructure Automation;
- Followed good practices about scale, performance, geo-distribution, multicloud;
- Deep working knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization environments such as: RH OpenShfit , Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and GCP;
- Must have deployed, automated and maintained cloud based workloads;
- Extensive experience with Python automation framework;
- Expertise in cloud automation tools such as: Terraform, Ansible;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Demonstrated capacity for self-directed learning is required. Able to be flexible and adapt to change;
- Pro-activity and dynamism;
- Good team work spirit and respect for all opinions;
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills are required. Excellent English written and verbal communications skills with a demonstrated ability to make difficult concepts easy to understand.
