Dellent is a Portuguese consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, focused mainly on IT and Telecommunication services, and we are hiring Developer/Team Leader for a long term contract role in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for collaboration and communication with various teams as needed;
• Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements;
• Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor progress of projects;
• Deliver products consistently, on time, on budget and on quality;
• Work closely with the project manager during all phases of the development lifecycle;
• Review all work produced by the development team;
• Ensure that the code produced meets the company standards.

Essencial Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience using Java, Spring Boot, message brokers, microservices;
• Knowledgeable with web architectures and services (HTTP, SOA, REST, JSON, etc.);
• Familiar with non-relational database concepts;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience leading development teams;
• Experienced with highly scalable and performant backend services;
• Experienced in working autonomously within and agile environment with automated testing and continuous integration and delivery;
• Excellent at solving complex problems.
