We are searching for a Deskside Support Technician to work in Porto or Lisbon!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class technical and functional support to End Users from our Customers via email, phone, a self-service portal, etc.);
  • Diagnosis and problem-solving;
  • Maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and computer systems.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in user support (Service Desk, Helpdesk, IT Local Support);
  • Good communication skills in English.
