Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
•Responsibility for all test laboratory equipment, in particular for the integrity of payment terminals;
•Management of test support elements (cards, PIN letters, cabling, consumables, tools);
•Registration and creation of FAQ and enrichment of the Knowledge Base to support the test environment;
•Installation in different Certification and Quality environments;
•Execution of regressive and corrective test cases (manual or automatic) and analysis of their results;
•Collaboration with the QA team to develop test strategies.
Main Technical Requirements:
•Minimum of 1 year of experience;
•Knowledge of the basic elements of information systems (computer architecture, operating system functions / database / transactional monitor);
•Relevant experience in SQL, Excel and Word;
•Knowledge of Unix scripts and Windows scripts (Powershell);
•Experience with defect or test management tools is a plus.
Other Requirements:
•Fluent in English;
•Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
•Customer focus and service delivery;
•EU citizenship
