Main Technical Requirements:

•Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Service related industry;
•Knowledge of key aspects of Service Delivery processes;
•Experience in managing Client relationships;
•Experience working within a global enterprise organization;
•Knowledge in Data mining, Power BI, Microstrategy, SQL DB, and ETL;
•Previous experience leading teams.

Other Requirements:

•EU citizenship;
•Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
•Experience in functional development;
•Good proficiency in English.
