• Have worked in a strongly agile project mode as a scrum master, delivery manager or Agile PM 

• Team and people leadership 
• Ability to establish and evolve Agile principles and practices 
• Experience working with local and remote development teams 
• Good communication, facilitation and influencing skills 
• Demonstrable ability to enable others to use prioritisation methods
