We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious and self-driven Delivery Director for the North American market.

YOUR SKILLS

• 5+ years of experience in similar functions
• Academic background in Information Systems/Engineering, or similar; Management or Economics
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Consulting experience, preferably in the international market
• Proven experience in leading and managing consulting teams
• Focus on people, organization, and operational efficiency
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems and conflicts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Critical, analytical spirit, and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal relationship
• Capacity and willingness to accept and adapt to environments of constant change

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop the North American business and Delivery teams
• Maintain and develop new business in current and future clients in the analytics sector
• Build and maintain a relationship of trust and proximity with customers and their stakeholders
• Ensure the quality of service and projects delivered on time, on budget, with quality
• Assist managers in negotiating, closing, and maintaining service contracts
• Promote a culture of innovation and quality
• Develop and lead managers in their responsibilities, promoting the sustainable development of teams and their people
• Define the resource capacity plan, career management, and team’s succession plans
• Validate and approve commercial proposals, for current and new clients
• Actively collaborate with business development teams in the annual business growth plan for clients and markets under their management

• Consolidated experience in Delivery functions, in the information technology consulting market, preferably in the North American market
• Experience in the analytics industry
