Requirements:

• Bachelor's and/or Master’s in Computer Science or similar;

• + 7 years of professional experience in Oracle database administration;

• Expertise and technical mastery in administration, migration, troubleshooting, architecture and technical design of database solutions;

• Availability to travel to other locations when required;

• Good level of English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have: 

• Expertise with other databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server);

• Experience in an  Operations environment;

• OCA or OCP certification.

Responsibilities:

• First escalation point for customers and point of contact within 3C team for incidents that occurs at client environments.  

• Ensure the performance of 3C, on the work that is most important to accomplish according client urgencies, find techniques for effective work Backlog management;

• Responsible for the requirements gathering.;

• Train and coach other team members and generate work for others.

• Client management.
