IT Data Warehouse Developer is responsible for the successful delivery of business intelligence information to the entire organization and is experienced in BI development and implementations, data architecture and data warehousing.

Description

• Clearly understand the project scope, requirements and client business, working in multidisciplinary teams with senior developers and analysts;
• Interface with customers, users, and other developers to define and implement solutions to meet requirements;
• Understand all the omnichannel products ecosystem, working closely in all projects with all other IT teams from SW Development, Voice, Systems and Network, DBA, Solutions Design, SW QA;
• Creating star schema data models, performing ETLs and validating results with business representatives;
• Performs analysis and research of application functionality and interprets reporting requirements in order to develop technical specifications for data warehouse ETL's and datamarts;
• Supporting implemented BI solutions by: monitoring and tuning queries and data loads, addressing user questions concerning data integrity, monitoring performance and communicating functional and technical issues;
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting;
• Track and resolve software defects;
• Completing deliveries assignments on schedule; participating in code review meetings; strictly adhering to our Coding Standard Document; creating Test Plans for Integration or Module Testing;

Profile

• Information and technology Degree (preferential);
• Fluency in Portuguese and English;
• Previous experience as a DW or BI Developer - minimum 5 years;
• Level Expert, more than 5 years of experience and knowledge in the following scopes:
• ▪ Algorithms and Data Structure Knowledge;
• ▪ Experience with ETL concepts, tools and processes such as data analysis, database conversion, data mining or data migration;
• ▪ Experience with Microsoft development technologies such as SSRS, SSAS, SSIS and supporting concepts including OLAP, analytics, data mining, dimensional modeling (relational and non-relational), and benchmarking;
• ▪ SQL development skills with expertise in SQL Server's TSQL, SQL Server Integration Services)
• ▪ Microsoft Azure SQL Platform as a Service experience a plus;
• ▪ Experience architecting, designing, and developing Data Systems (SQL server based on cloud, on-premise, and analytics), MS Power BI experience a plus;
• ▪ Experience with developing enterprise data warehouse solutions for a production environment following current best practices within source controlled;
• ▪ Experience with SQL Server agent jobs;
• ▪ Strong SQL development skills;
• ▪ IT domain and product development knowledgeable;
• ▪ C#.NET, ASP.NET, or other traditional coding is a plus;
• ▪ Experience in big-data technologies for data analytics, including Hadoop/Spark, Mesos, Kafka, Lagom, Elasticsearch, and Vertica (SQL) is a plus;
• ▪ Altitude Software or other CTI Platform development knowledge is a plus;
