What are you going to do?
• Lead Engineer of the Datacenter Infrastructure Tower;
• Manage and monitor all IT activities around the global datacenter infrastructure;
• Plan new investments in the IT area;
• Development of the IT landscape and take care of the requirements for digitalization, automation, and integration;
• Development and implementation of technical concepts and, if necessary, management of the implementation of the projects;
• Ensure a stable and high-performance ICT infrastructure environment, including monitoring & patching and the necessary backup services;
• Server monitoring, server administration, and administration of the data center;
• Technical leadership in case of Major Incidents or Security Events for the DC-Infrastructure Tower;
• Monitor data security and the IT budget;
• Act as a lead for infrastructure-related projects.

What are we looking for?
• Bachelor's degree in computer science with 7-10 years of experience in System-Engineering or a minimum of 15 years of experience;
• Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products;
• Proven experience with various operating systems (Windows 2019, 2022, Suse, Ubuntu);
• Proven experience with Server- and Desktop Virtualization (Hyper-V, Vmware, Nutanix, Citrix);
• Proven experience with Netapp, Pure-Storage, and Dell EMC;
• Experience with Commvault & Veeam;
• Experience with various clustered database platforms (SQL, Oracle, MySQL);
• Experience with Scripting (Powershell) & Automation;
• Experience with SW- & Patch deployment solutions (Ansible & SCCM);
• Experience with Azure (plus);
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
