About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Database Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training programs and workshops to both technical and non-technical audiences. The trainer will have a deep understanding of databases and will be able to articulate complex concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training programs for different audiences including IT professionals, data analysts, and business users.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and online
• Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and reference materials.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
• Stay current with the latest developments in databases and related technologies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that training content is up-to-date and relevant.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a database trainer or instructor
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of databases, including relational databases and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to create and deliver interactive training sessions.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with popular database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
