Our platform is directly integrated and used by several banks, some of the biggest world retailers, telecommunication companies and call centers around the globe. Managing BIG Data in Real Time, currently handles more than 1 million calls and 5 million voice minutes per month, providing services such as click2call, call tracking, inbound calls, IVRs, etc.
Principais responsabilidades
Database backup and recovery
Installation, maintenance, updates and patches of all the storage systems
Handling the transfer of data from the existing systems to new platforms
Database tuning and proper monitoring of all the systems
Capacity planning of all the storage systems
Perfil desejado
Proven previous development in the following technologies:
MySQL / MariaDB
Apache SOLR / ElasticSearch
Nice to have:
Knowledge about big data technologies (e.g. HBase, Spark)
We value experience with:
Query profiling and tuning
Handling very large amounts of data (scaling and availability)
BS or MS degree in Computer science or equivalent experience.
Ability to interact effectively with other teams and be a team player
Excellent communicator, common sense and a passion to solve problems
Work in a modern agile software engineering environment
