Must have:

• Solid background in Oracle and SQL Server Administration, including writing and analysis of T-SQL/PLSQL queries, interpreting query execution plans and suggesting improvements to them;
• Experience with AWS RDS and their differences to the standalone SQL Server and Oracle installations;
• Tech savviness and drive to solve complex problems, even if beyond the usual scope of their work;
• Ability to deconstruct problems in smaller pieces;
• Interest in communicating with different cultures (fluency in English).
