What skills do you need to have:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as Data Scientist or similar roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (Python, R, etc.).
• Expertise in machine learning techniques and model development.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex data challenges.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in data science and machine learning are advantageous.
• Good level of English - B2 mandatory.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data analysis objectives and project scopes.
• Collect, preprocess, and clean data from various sources to prepare it for analysis.
• Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets.
• Develop predictive models, algorithms, and data pipelines to support decision-making.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights.
• Communicate complex findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Work on feature engineering and data transformation to improve model performance.
• Collaborate on A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses.
• Stay updated with data science trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Maintain data privacy and security practices in all data-related activities.
