Responsibilities

• Create a micro service application that puts data into big data storage.

• Create a micro service application that responds with JSON output through the API service, from a machine learning model.

• Build Models like transcript text, voice pitch analysis, facial expression analysis, typing rhythm analysis Create AI Models using filtering, NLP, and deep learning methods to massive data sets various data from a contact center from various channels like voice, email, chat, WhatsApp, video.

• Help drive optimization, testing and tooling to improve data quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Experience 2 to 3 years in Data Scientist & Machine Learning position  ( Must Have)

• Experience with Programming language, Python.

• Experience with Algorithms and Data structures.

• Experience with ML frameworks (Tensorflow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

• Expertise in one or more IA model, NLP, optimization, RL, time series, generative models, signals, pattern recognition fields. • Experience with web service API.

• Experience with Chatbots Rasa or Copilot

• You need to have a strong mathematical background in statistics and machine learning.

• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and conceptual skills required.

• Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
