What are you going to do?
•    Design and develop scalable statistical learning models for data analysis;
•    Use autoML tools and techniques to build data analytics products at scale;
•    Perform ad-hoc analysis and present results with clarity and conviction;
•    Implement analytical models into production and operationalize by collaborating with product engineering teams and application support teams in an agile/devops model;
•    Lead data strategies in conjunction with other business strategies to deliver data products that help solve business problems;
•    Develop and manage continuous learning activities for a global data science community, spanning across locations and business functions;

What are we looking for?
•    Bachelor’s degree in statistics, applied mathematics, or related discipline;
•    7+ years experience in data science;
•    Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as k-NN, Naïve Bayes, Linear models, Decision Forests, etc.;
•    Experience in identifying and applying the right ML techniques for statistical problems like time-series/regression, classification, clustering, density estimation, vision/audio/NLP;
•    Experience with common data science toolkits scikit learn, TensorFlow etc. Excellence in at least one of these is highly desirable;
•    Proficiency in using enterprise grade autoML tools like H2O, DataRobot etc.;
•    Experience with data visualization tools, such as PowerBI, Tableau, DataStudio, Looker etc;
•    Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL, Hive, Pig;
•    Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, and Big Data tools like BigQuery, Databricks, Azure Synapse; 
•    Good scripting and programming skills in languages, such as R, Python, Scala;
•    Excellent communication skills and a Data-oriented personality.
