About the role

This person will coordinate a team, focus on automation process, and ticket journey/vertical process troubleshooting and operational enhancements. Responsible for ensuring the project stability and system availability according to the agreed business service levels. Maintain all the environments available, aligned and ensure the proper release model and calendar according to the predefined planning.

What are the challenges for this role?

Build and maintain the work environment required to stimulate performance. Organize the team processes and allocate resources in line with the business needs. Ability to share best practices for operational management standards to the team.

What skills will get you selected?

Experience in data engineering, big data or analytics;

Experience in developing in Java for automated processes;

Experience in application operations engineer and during incident and problem management;

Experience in coordinating teams;

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and Devops;

Knowledge in System Administration with Linux;

Certification in SAFe or Scrum;

Good communications skills;

Fluent in English;

Proactive, curious and hands-on attitude;

Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or related.
