We are looking for a Data Engineer with the following skills:

Needs specification :
• Experience with Big Data and NoSQL Technology (Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, Scala, Hive, SolR, Kerberos)
• Experienced with functional programming (knowledge of ZIO, MONIX, CATS libraries is valued)
• Experience working in an Agile environment and associated tools and methodologies (Confluence, Jira, Scrum, Kanban)Mission context :In response to losses on Equity Derivatives activities in Asia in 2018, Natixis has launched the “Apollo” program, an ambitious response with some key objectives:
• Strengthen the Bank's risk management in all its lines;
• Design the financial market assessment framework with clearer roles and responsibilities;
• Beyond the local elements of the action plan, structurally improve our processes and our governance.
Transversal working groups supervised by the program management have been set up to simultaneously cover several recommendations and address structuring and complex subjects.
To achieve the above objectives, a working group on Valuation has been placed under the direction of Finance with the following missions:
• Develop a comprehensive and comprehensive approach to evaluation topics;
• Develop a remediation plan in order to globally and structurally resolve the valuation issues;
• Involve all units across the bank, which contribute to the assessment process, by clarifying their respective roles and interactions;
• Promote a common vision of priorities in all areas of evaluation and unified management of the various aspects of the project.
• In this context, IT Finance supports the Finance business teams to achieve the ambitions below:
• Automation of reporting (identification of golden sources, circulation of JV data in the IT Finance backbone, etc.);
• Review / Rationalization and automation of existing controls and / or definition and implementation of new controls;
• Archiving of the documentation of all the processes related to Fair Value.

Mission objectives :You will join the Datalake Finance team and:
• Participate in the design and implementation of the “Apollo Remediation” Project for the Finance Stream
• Ensure the sustainability and non-regression of the tools already in place.
